James + Fran: Married {Sunshine Coast Wedding Photographer}

If there was ever a wedding that encompassed the word global, it was Jimmy and Fran’s – I’m pretty sure there was a member of the bridal party from every corner of the globe. Then there were the well traveled guests. There’s nothing like a wedding to bring people from all over together, and this one was no exception. There was tonnes of love and laughs, plus really sweet little nods to the heritage of both Fran and James. The ceremony and reception were held at the always lovely Novotel Twin Waters Resort, with hair by Nicola and make up by Pru Edwards. The gorgeous couple were married by Jarrad Bayliss, who did an excellent job making the ceremony heartfelt with humor. Special mentions to everyone who spoke on the night, the speeches were some of the greatest I’ve ever heard. Thanks for having me along to photograph your big day Fran and Jimmy!

Aidan + Brea {Married} Melbourne Wedding Photographer

Aidan and Brea, two of the best. Their wedding was quintessentially them, which is why is was so damn special. I love it when couples do things their own way, you want to wear Docs and a leather jacket to your wedding? Do it. No flowers? No worries! Cocktail reception with a couple of short, sharp speeches? Yes please!

So many traveled to get there (the cute couple live only a few streets away from me in Noosa), but I do love me a Melbourne wedding. Lots of tears, even more laughs and a giant celebration to end all celebrations. Thank you so much for having me along, you two x

Al + Phoebe + Louis

Al and Phoebe were two of my first ever wedding clients and I knew when I met them, that we were going to be friends. They both radiate warmth and fun and I honestly don’t stop laughing when I’m with them. Over the years, they have become my Melbourne family and we always hang out when I go down there. They make sure I am fed, watered, transported about the place and entertained. They make my heart happy and am I so thrilled that they have welcomed little Louis into their lives.

Thank you, my dear friends – for always having the time for me and for opening your home and your hearts xx

Jennie + David + Dogs {Sunshine Coast Pet Photographer}

Jennie and David’s session included pretty much everything I love – dogs, their humans, dramatic skies and the beach where I grew up. Plus Charlie, Bella and Leo were absolute stars, especially when they were allowed to have a big play after we tortured them by keeping them on lead for the first half of the shoot.

Jake + Sarah: Married {Sunshine Coast Wedding Photographer}

Jake and Sarah were married in the tiniest of ceremonies in Nambour on Monday the 29th of February (yes, a leap year wedding!). Afterwards, they held a gathering with their nearest and dearest at Buderim Forest Park where they drank champagne, ate cake that Sarah made and had a bit of a wander through to the falls. It was so lovely to shoot such a relaxed, low key afternoon – and you’ll see the whole shebang wasn’t short on love either.
