Everything about this session makes my heart sing. I’ve known Kate for many years – we went to uni together, we lived together and she’s been a big part of my life ever since. Her family is my family, really. Which includes lovely old Max who was born the same year as Kate (and I), making him (and us) the ripe old age of 33 (almost 34 – one of us is already there :P).
Kate and her sister gifted beautiful Lynn this session for Mother’s Day and obviously I was more than happy to make it happen. Look at Max, isn’t he the sweetest? He is so loved, which I know is the key to his long, happy life.

Love your documentary style! You’ve really captured their love for their horse buddy!
Wow, so gorgeous and special. Max is adorable.
These are so darn cute! You can just see the relationship between the Max and his owners. What a special thing to do for your mum! PS: Love her jumper! ha!
What a beautiful way to document such a special part of their life!
Oh Katie these are amazing! Loving the horsey jumpers. You can see the love is mutual!
