‘God only knows what I’d be without you…’

I first met Mel when I photographed her sister Sasha’s Bowral wedding. It was one of those magical weddings where everyone remains quite calm and there are lots of laughs and love. So I knew when Mel asked me to photograph her with her boys, things would be relatively relaxed. And they were! Although photographing teenagers always makes me slightly nervous, the boys were great with the camera and are definitely a credit to their mother. I hope my boys grow up just as gorgeous.

We shot this session in Melbourne, as I was down there for the Australian Professional Photography Awards. This is the lovely loft I stayed in with friends.
