Meet Bryce. I’m struggling a little bit to find the words for Bryce. She truly is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She is my best friend and probably the person who understands me the most (courtesy of us living together for three years). Sometimes when we are together, we don’t stop talking, other times there is no need for words – we can just be. Bryce is very much an animal person and when I told her she would be photographed with a litter of Dogue De Bordeaux puppies, her excitement was palpable. Everyone involved in this shoot were absolute troopers. The temperature outside was 35 degrees and no doubt it was hotter in the little farmhouse we were shooting in. The poor puppies were sweltering and had been playing in their water bowl to cool down, Bryce’s make up was literally melting off. So kudos to everyone involved – especially to Natasha and Josh, who opened their hearts and home to two complete strangers and loaned us their precious puppies.
